Oakland Air PTK ... Phase I of a 18 acre world class FBO facility.
The proposed new facility is planned to include 150,000 square feet of hangar space with 42 foot clear height as well as 12 acres of ramp area not including a 26,000 square foot covered ramp portico. A multi-story office structure of up to 60,000 square feet of Class A office space is planned to be constructed between two 50,000 square foot hangars. The proposed new facility will accommodate aircraft up to and including the Boeing 757.
